Wow – this is an awesome site thanks ladies for all your hard work! The Bill Maier family will sign up for the set up crew on Thursday. (Wes and Katie (possibly Alicen & Brian) will be joining us at our campsite - so we should have plenty of helpers).
I have a couple of suggestions and/or ideas: I think there should be a volunteer sign up list for breakfast, lunch and dinner work crews – a set up crew, a cook crew and a clean-up crew (each crew may consist of a family (i.e. Bill Maier family) or some crews may consist of 2 or more families depending on the family size and ages – you would need to make note of how many people are needed. It would also be nice to know how many families are attending so we know how many volunteer opportunities we need to sign up for. Thanks! Sheila & Bill
We will be happy to help with Saturday night clean-up...I'm sure Dad won't mind if we volunteer him too :)
I'll be happy to work cleanup on Saturday night, as well as cooking or interim cleaning during the day on Friday and Saturday. (AND, I'll try to get other immediate family members to help!!!!)
You know the LohKamps Mary, we'll be happy to help with set up and with cooking and probably other areas as well. We're pretty versed in setting up camp for groups, and cooking for them too.
